Pagelines on Multisite Problem

I am trying to use PlatformPro for a child blog I've installed on my main domain. Now, I am not able to use different layout (dimensions) for the child blog. I've set it to 800, 200 for the main blog and 640, 250 for the child blog, but when I hit save on any of them it sets the same layout for both blogs. Is PlatformPro not multisite compatible?

It is, but you will likely have to set up a separate options database if you want them to have different options. When you create the multisite are you given the option to use a new db or db prefix?
