vauxflow 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2011 Is there a Support Ticket function anywhere on Pagelines for purchasing customers to actually get help from the Dev team? Just very hard to get a reply to a problem or question regarding the software, most companies have some sort of support team able to reply to tickets and such. The process is to post your issue as detailed as you can, including a live link, screenshot or anything else that will help us understand. Then we work with you to investigate the issue. Sometimes we can answer just off the top of our heads, other times it takes further troubleshooting. And there are other things to consider; what time of the day; time of the week it was posted etc. We work hard to get to everyone. Naturally, oldest topics are answered first. In other words, those that have been waiting the longest. And something that slows down the process greatly can be not enough information.
