Support Ticket For Paid Customers

Recommended Posts

Is there a Support Ticket function anywhere on Pagelines for purchasing customers to actually get help from the Dev team? Just very hard to get a reply to a problem or question regarding the software, most companies have some sort of support team able to reply to tickets and such.

This forum already is premium support for you and other customers alike, free users do not have access. The process is to post your issue as detailed as you can, including a live link, screenshot or anything else that will help us understand. Then we work with you to investigate the issue. Sometimes we can answer just off the top of our heads, other times it takes further troubleshooting. For those tough cases that require advanced developer insight we do mark the topic for their review. Thanks, Bryan

Thanks for that reply Bryan although the question I asked in another post earlier wasn't really a tough one for anyone who's got some scripting knowledge, unfortunately as a newbie I dont hence my support question regarding social icons.

Just breaking down the general process. And there are other things to consider; what time of the day; time of the week it was posted etc. We work hard to get to everyone. Naturally, oldest topics are answered first. In other words, those that have been waiting the longest. And something that slows down the process greatly can be not enough information. Things are getting better and we have some plans, keep an eye out. Thanks, Bryan
