Menu similar to pagelines.com

Hi i would really like to have a menu like on pagelines.com. I need to know how i can adjust my menu so it will be correct alligned and then i need to change the button colours also on mouse over. Can anybody help on that please. Regards Rene www.itfabrik.dk
