How to leave header section of 'Call Out' blank?

I'm using PlatformPro. I want to use the Call out text section but want to leave the call out header blank. If I do leave the call out header blank it puts "This is the "Callout Section" in large bold text on my page. What can I do to have this section totally blank but still be able to put text in the call out 'body'? Cheers www.dontfeedthebears.co.uk
