Background Image - Recommended photo size/resolution for Fixed Width

I want to purchase a photo to use as my fixed-width background in Platform pro. What is the smallest size photo? What resolution? (I watched the video on this but it copied someone else's background and didn't mention size/resolution.)

Hi Nancy, if you are talking about body background i can give you some suggestions: max screens resolution is 1920x1080 pixel and nowdays isnt so uncommon that users browse internet with full hd monitors/tv so you could get a picture of that size or just a smallest one and make it fade o both sides and bottom with the background color using photoshop or similiar. Don't forget to center it setting 50% as horizontal position. Hope this helps.
