How did this page do this? Sidebar photos

http://www.criterionrealco.com/ I'm trying to do something similar to what this developer did. Have a photo on the right side bar that is different for each page. I'm sure its simple, but I'm not getting it. So if I have a page with: About Fish I want a photo of a fish on the right sidebar. About Dogs, photo of a dog on the right sidebar. Thanks!
