mcarels 0 Report post Posted February 11, 2011 I've put in anchor links on the sidebar but when I click them it gives a 404 page because the links become incorrect. Here's the page with the sidebar links: http://energyfitnessbysergio.com/training-programs/fitness-and-nutrition-program/ Here's the page it gives while adding extra link info: http://energyfitnessbysergio.com/training-programs/fitness-and-nutrition-program/%E2%80%9Dhttp:/energyfitnessbysergio.com/resources/recipes-and-nutrition-facts/%E2%80%9D How do I fix this so it opens up the pages? kastelic 6 Report post Posted February 11, 2011 Wherever you put in the url to link to, try just putting it in this format: /fitness-and-nutrition-program/ without the http and all that.

kastelic 6 Report post Posted February 11, 2011 Are you typing the anchor tag into a custom text widget. If so is it just like this: Google
Can you paste the code that you have typed in here so we can see it?
kastelic 6 Report post Posted February 11, 2011 Sorry, lets try that again. It should look similar to: Google
kastelic 6 Report post Posted February 11, 2011 I can't seem to html code here, maybe you could send a screenshot of your backend showing what you have typed in.

Guest Guest Report post Posted February 13, 2011 Hmmm, nothing seems wrong with the code you've used... I know it doesn't make sense but perhaps there's a plugin or something causing a conflict. Perhaps disable all of your plugins and see if the problem persists. If that doesn't work, for the time being perhaps just do the full link and perhaps we could help troubleshoot further. mcarels 0 Report post Posted February 14, 2011 I deactivated all plugins and did the full link but still the same thing. Here's whats in the widget now: http://screencast.com/t/iDGn0Nt3 And here's what the link looks like when I click it. Notice how it doubles the link: http://energyfitnessbysergio.com/resources/recipes-and-nutrition-facts/"http:/energyfitnessbysergio.com/resources/recipes-and-nutrition-facts/" Thanks
bryan-hadaway 3 Report post Posted February 15, 2011 Here's what I'm seeing you use: `Exercises and Routines` when you need: `Exercises and Routines` If you're not adding those extra quotations it might be a php.ini problem. But, first if the above code doesn't work try: `Exercises and Routines` Thanks, Bryan
mcarels 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2011 Thanks Bryan, that last code fixed it!
