What is a good form plugin to collect data on the site?

I'd like to have a form on a page that collects name, email, address, size, etc. Does anyone know a good plugin for this?

well, the themes support cForms... There are several including Gravity forms (premium), and Contact Forms 7.. Need something more specific?

I don't know of any forms other than Contact Form 7 but if you search in the plugins, there should be some. Also, if you Google contact form plugins, there should be lists of them on WordPress advice blogs.
