Delete the bar under nav menu ?

How do i go about deleting the bar underneath the nav menu ? I looked everywhere , i guess there is no function and I have to use a code ... Thank you for your help. www.dialucrii.ca/wordpress

#nav_row{border-bottom:none !important;}
