Featured, Carousel, Disappeared and does not work.

Hi! I created a multi site for my website... I did this with my subdomain as well but now I'm trying to create one with my original mother site. I did what I was supposed to, I disabled all plugins, instered the code I was supposed to put on wp-config file and instered more codes in the .htaccess file. Everything works, except when I logged back into the websiite, the carousel is missing and featured slider tabs and my tabs within pages (which I use shortcodes with) do not work. Any ideas? I tried reversing the process and took out the codes which creates the multisite. But all that did was make the superadmin disappear. I'm trying to get the carousel back up and not sure if there is a trigger missing. BTW, maybe one error could be: I had to do this first step, which I skipped. Not sure how to do this. 1. Create a blogs.dir directory in /home/renderin/public_html/wp-content. This directory is used to stored uploaded media for your additional sites and must be writeable by the web server.

And I realized that my images are missing when I go to the features section on the left side dashboard. This is very interesting.

Hi all, sorry again for wasting another post. I've been having so much problems with figuring out Wordpress and its structure and functionality. I had to deactivate all plugins yet again and for somereason the website works, but some settings were reset. I also had to get rid of some unnecessary coding in some file. When in doubt, plugins mess things up. AB
