Sidebar links broken after upgrade

After upgrading to Wordpress 3.0.5, suddenly the sidebar links are missing the part /wp-content/ in the addresses. Obviously this leads to a 404 Error page, and the question is; what must I do to make the links work again? I have done no adjustments besides that, it just seems the upgrade broke the links.

You may need to reset your permalinks if you ever customized them. If you're sure what I mean don't worry, that means you didn't. Other than that let's get a link. Thanks, Bryan
