Duplicating theme to set English site

I want to develop the same web site (platformpro based) in spanish and english. What would be the best way to do it? (I already have spanish one holisticafact.com) I was thinking on install wordpress again in a sub-directory, then upload the settings and content and change it to english. would it be a good option? as second idea upload in a sub-directory a simple theme and set a RSS fedd in a page on my Spanish platform theme
