Top of left and right sidebars not aligned - how do I fix?

See the site. Notice that the tops of the left-column photo and ther right-column slideshow are not aligned. The right column needs to come down about 12 pixels. How do I fix this?

Hi Kevin - Add this to your custom css:

#sidebar2 .widget-pad{padding-top:10px;}
