Changing copyright year in the default footer

Hi! Right now, I have one of the default footer widgets on my page, but it says "© 2010" and has not changed to 2011. How can I make it automatically change when the year changes? Thanks!

the date is controlled by a function `date('Y')` which should automatically change. It has for me on my site. Maybe you have a cache or something that is preventing the change

If it's not showing the right year, I think you can manually change it from Footer Options. Thanks, Bryan

Oh...yes that is why it is not working...it was manually written in the FooterOptions. Thanks!
