Custom Code and Design Control Not Working

I would like to find out where I went wrong with this site: http://cshmedia.com After installing the latest Platform Pro version and using the Base, the "Custom Code" and the "Design Control" functions are not working now. What I mean is I am making changes and saving but not seeing the results on the site. Additionally, my platform pro admin menu has some CSS errors. The menu error is an issue that can be described here: http://www.pagelines.com/forum/topic.php?id=5600 as for the custom code settings, does it react the same with PP as it does with Base active?

It seems that each time I make a change in my custom code, i have to activate the opposite theme and then back again. It seems to only work in Pro now. additionally, I am having to reset the layout each time.

I'm wondering if your permissions are set differently for your PlatformPro folder as they are for your PlatformBase folder.
