Logo and Nav on the same row

Recommended Posts

I've found some posts about this issue, but everyone wants to move the Nav, I've tried changing the CSS to reflect the logo, but without success. Either Firebug let me down or I'm missing something important. I currently have my Nav on the left, and want it to remain there. I want to display my logo on the right of the nav at the same horizontal position. Here's my site so you can see what I mean: www.aoweb.co.uk

Hi Andy - You can use the CSS below as a start. But, if you want the bottom of the nav and logo to be flush, you'll have to hide the search bar (an option in the "Settings"), or move it with CSS. For the logo:

#nav_row{position:relative;z-index:1 !important;}
	.mainlogo-link{z-index:3;position:absolute;top:-100px;left:275px;}

Hi Kate Thanks for the reply I'll be honest in that I don't fully understand why the logo and link have ended up where they are, but still happy they made it there. I played with the figures a bit to fine tune the position. I just don't know enough about CSS I guess, lol Karma awarded as deserved :)
