How to turn the boxes into categories.

I want to use my boxes as categories with thumbnails. How can I do that and the boxes change articles as they come in?

Just use a shortcode, you can get shortcodes from plugins... but there is one pre-installed called `post_feed` e.g. `[postfeed field="post_title" offset="0"]` or `[postfeed field="post_content" offset="2"]` offset is the offset from most recent post.
