Simple Footer Navigation- Can it be drop-down?

Hey. Can I convert the simple footer navigation into a drop down navigation just like the header navigation?

hmm, yes, but it's not going to be easy. You'll need to write css, edit the html, and tie it to a JS script.

Hmm. Is there a way to copy the code from the header? Or use that as a starting point ?
