Hi Billie, So I'm assuming you got the number of posts to show fixed in: Settings > Reading Now, a good technique that I've used in the past to get the kind of "Welcome" message you're referring to is to create it as a post and then set it as a sticky post in the publish options. Thanks, Bryan
