Feature Flashes When Cursor Moves Over the Tabs

I just noticed something strange. When I move the cursor over 3 of the tabs on my main page, the Feature flashes in each time I move the cursor over to a new tab. I am using StationPro and here is my site: www.lifetreemn.com

It only flashes when there is a YouTube video getting loaded in. This is just how it is until the video is loaded. You can try search the Google forums for an answer, but I'm unsure if there is a solution. A caching plugin might help if you only want it to occur once
