danuk 0 Report post Posted February 2, 2011 On Saturday I took out a new Developer + Membership account. I now wish that I hadn't, and have read the FAQs and know that refunds are not available. I understand why: you've no way of checking I'm not using any of the products I downloaded and I've no way of proving it. I'm not, and I won't be - I purchased the account on the basis of some poor assumptions and insufficient research. What are my options? I don't want to be an idiot and invent a complaint to Paypal to try and have them make a chargeback. I assume at the very least I could arrange to stop the ongoing Membership payments but is there anything else I can do - maybe find someone to 'sell'/transfer my Dev account?
