Page not using full_width mode

Hi, I put up a page that was setup in full width mode (the full_width div tag is showing in the code too) but it's using the two column format. Why is that? Page is here: http://www.webdesignerindemand.com/ebook-2/ I made another page as full_width and that page shows ok. the other page: http://webdesignerindemand.com/8mistakes/ Very strange. Why is it that the ebook-2 page is not using the full width layout? (I checked to make sure the option for "Page Template Options" was set to "Full Width Layout" and it is). Thanks
