Remove Title Text And Link Under Soapbox

How can I remove both the title text and link under the sopbaxes so that only the clickable link appears. Thanks

If by link you mean the "edit box" link, that only shows up for you when you are logged into wp-admin. To remove the title, simply delete or do not include one when setting up the boxes themselves.
