Feature and photo sizes

Hi There, Site is www.releashed.com/wordpress I again am new to this, purchased platform pro because of ease to build a wordpress site. I would like to put the feature on my homepage with some pictures of training etc... however, when I go to upload the pictures, they must be so huge that the feature only shows the top part. How do I change the size of the picture so it fits perfectly in the feature? I am not familiar with code Thanks!
