makeylon 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2011 Okay, I have to ask... Is the footer below easy to design in PlatformPro? For example, it only has 4 categories wide, and the links category has two columns. Then below that, are 5 promotional boxes/images. Then below that, copyright and terms/conditions info. Is that kind of design possible with PlatformPro? Or was that a custom alteration?
bryan-hadaway 3 Report post Posted January 27, 2011 Anything is possible. Out of the box? Not sure. Have you thoroughly gone through your Template Setup settings to learn what you can do? Thanks, Bryan
makeylon 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2011 Yes, but I haven't seen any way to have double columns in the footer columns, whether default or custom settings. I suppose the advertising boxes could be boxes added to the footer in the template setup but the double columns of links is stumping me.
Kate 3 Report post Posted January 27, 2011 Hi Mark - With the lists: notice that there's actually two of them. You could, for instance, have two custom menus appearing right after each other. Then with CSS, change the styles so that they're next to each other. (I just did something similar recently on another site.) Make sense?
makeylon 0 Report post Posted January 28, 2011 Oh, I see... kinda tricky. lol. Didn't know you could save a box without a title, but yes, that makes sense. Thanks. And a Karma point for you (not that you need em... lol)
