a forum for my blog (under platform pro)

Hello I see in this site that pagelines have forums (eco/white house etc.) to place in the platform pro. I read all docs but i don't understand if they are plugs in or if i need to install them in remplacement of my platformpro theme. I precise that i 'm lookin for a very simple installation (as a plug in) because i dont want to enter in the php, neither touch the code and frightened things like that. do you know forum like that ? simple to install ? thank you

Each forum is only compatible with it's appropriate version of theme e.g. Platform Forum goes with PlatformPro etc. bbPress would have to be installed. http://bbpress.org/documentation/installation/ Then you add the forum add-on to the themes folder inside of the "forum" directory you've created.
