Feature Box images disappear

I was renaming the permalinks for some of my pages and suddenly 2 of my Feature Box images disappeared. Here is my site: www.lifetreemn.com I appreciate any help you can give me!

I deleted the images and reuploaded them. It worked! Not sure why it happened in the first place?
