Thumbnail images for post,carousel and feature

Ive been having a hard time with all my thumbnails featured on my blog. They are all different sizes. Does pagelines have an automatic thumbnail sizer to make evryething match, or do I have to upload each image appr. to the size of the carousel and post??? here is my website [url=http://stephanieflorblog.com/]

Under settings > media do you have "Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions" checked?

no i dont. Im talking specifically about the smaller images at the bottom of the page. The thumbnails in box formats http://stephanieflorblog.com/
