Dropdown background color, non hover

Hi, Platform Pro website: http://jeffsbesthemp.com/wordpress/ We've looked through about 12 posts, and there's bits and pieces, but nothing solid. Simply, how can we change the non hover background color of the drop downs on the nav? Main background works fine, but where do we put that or find that??
