Egads! How do I get the title of my blog to display above the header?

I am having some sort of brain fog! I can't figure out how to get the blog title and tagline to display above my header. Help and thanks!

If you've included a header image by way of the Platform settings, then that replaces the default Wordpress Title. Probably the simplest way to deal with this is to combine your header with the title/tagline that you would like, and upload that image instead.
