Finding and Changing Custom Pull Quotes

Oke, and then what? I located the file, I can open it, but don't know how to make it visible in a default post page as a content sidebar

I Found the pull quote area: When you choose in the Template Setup the Text content Area : there you see the pull quote thingy HA

I changed the code - with my own quotes - in the section.pullquote.php but I only see the latest quote of the section.pullquote.php all the time. I read something in the php about 'functions.php' but don't know what to edit in there. Don;t know if the default setting is alright to use (without editing) it is the website ericdowsett.com/wp
