Right Sidebar dropping on Internet Explorer and Chrome

On the front page of my site I'm using a 3 column layout in PlatformPro. See: http://www.engageexpo.com/ But on Internet Explorer 8 and Chrome 8 the right sidebar drops to below the last blog post. It stays on the right but it has dropped below the last blog post on the front page. Please help.

Could be an overflow issue, in IE when images or elements are larger than their container, it causes layout issues.

Can anyone else help me with this? The problem is with both IE and Chrome. This makes the 3 column layout unusable.
