And therefore before I get an email that goes "in the rarest of situations a horde of robot Nazi zombies has destroyed the server which housed your website. sorry for any inconvenience" dot, dot dot. Here's some info on backing up WP: http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups A plugin that may help you with the DB side of things as well: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-db-backup/ So, essentially you'll want to make sure you have a frequent backup of your database, as well as keeping a copy of your theme files.
