Home page to display only one video post

Does anyone know what settings to use in order to simply display one video post on the homepage rather than a long list of video posts. In other words, I want the homepage to always feature the latest video post while the "past episodes' page feature several video posts. I have not seen a way to limit the number of posts on the homepage.

Hey Bernardo - There are a couple different options here. But, check out this plugin: http://justintadlock.com/archives/2009/03/15/query-posts-widget-wordpress-plugin I think that may help you out without having to touch any PHP.
