Addign a promo banner to the header

Hi Team, Hoping someone can help. I am wanting to place a horizontal banner (PageLines affiliate 728x90) into the header to the right of my site logo and right aligned. I am struggling a little with this and am hoping there is an easy way to do so. Any suggestions?
