robbin_g 0 Report post Posted January 25, 2010 So, I love this other sites method of creating travel maps but their current choice of embedding ... stinks. So I tried to tuck the whole page in as an HTML embed. Any magic code that shrinks their page down to the perfect size of my WHP area? I used: <embed src="http://www.sosauce.com/trip/2284/italy-2010" width="100%" height="100%" align="center"> Here: http://www.vineyardadventures.com/prova/
jnoh 0 Report post Posted January 26, 2010 Hey Robbin, it looks like the page itself has a min width set up so that the scrollbars show up. I would say to set the width to an absolute pixel specification, but seeing that the site has min-width, it'll just produce those scroll bars. Are you pretty set on using sosauce? I've never heard of the site, but it looks pretty interesting. Too bad that they don't have a widget that you could use to embed on your site.
robbin_g 0 Report post Posted January 26, 2010 No, not 100% sold on Sosauce, they just have the easiest peasiest way to make a travel map. Sure, I can make my own google map, but Sosauce creates a timeline, makes it pretty. :-) Thanks though!
