Homepage multi-page post navigation not working

On my homepage when the page navigation shows up, the page 2 link seems to double the link address which is making it link to the wrong place. As seen below. It should be http://manoa.hawaii.edu/crdg/?paged=2 when hovering over page 2, instead of the following. Seems like an easy fix I'm just a bit lost and need help. thanks in advance.

I think it has something to do with my wordpress General Settings. I guess the WordPress Address needs to match the Site Address.
