Menu Link to a New Tab

I am using the standard menu in PlatformPro. Instead of linking to a new page in the same window, I want to open a new tab. How can I do that? Where it says "DEMO" we want the link to open a new tab. http://www.salestrakr.com

Also, If you use WP 3.0 menus system you can choose the option for this right there without a plugin
