How to delete the image at the bottom of the footer

I would like to delete the image at the bottom of the footer, as you can see on this screenshot. Changing the image in the setting menu does not work. How should I do this? Regards, Martijn

What use is a forum if the answers are given offline? I'm confused why you would do this?

The reason being is that ordinarily to remove the PageLines image/backlink you need to purchase the developer version: http://www.pagelines.com/pricing/ As a courtesy, we are willing to help those who do not have the developer version and ask nicely. Usually free versions will contain advertising and backlinks that are difficult to remove where purchased versions of themes allow them to be removed easily so as not to impede the purchaser's site design.
