12 soapboxes, only 10 showing on page

I have 12 boxes in a box set. I have a page set to display this box set as soapboxes. On the PlatformPro Theme Options page, I have the "Maximum Boxes To Show" set to 12. Only 10 boxes are showing. If I add a new box, it pushes one of the boxes off. How do I get more than 10 boxes to show?

I also tried changing the boxes from soapboxes to regular boxes. Same problem. Only 10 are shown on the page. Any ideas?

BTW, I am stumped as to where the links at the top of the page are coming from: "Import Your Existing CRM Data, Edit In Place, Manage Your Pipeline"

Thanks for the link, Paul. I see there are only 10 being generated in the HTML, as you stated. I'm curious: On the edit screen of the page itself, there's a section called "PlatformPro Soapbox Options". There's an option there called "Soapbox Posts Limit". Have you tried changing that?

Thank you Kate. That was brilliant. That setting was blank. Changed it to 12 and all the boxes now appear.

I am looking everywhere and I can't find the Platform Soapbox Options. Not on the left or in the platform settings area. Can someone help me find this??
