Using PlatformPro base vs. PlatformPro Dev.

Hey - We've been building our site on PlatformPro Base due to the understanding that we could add hooks into the functions.php file and then update PlatformPro without problems. But we realized recently that there are more options for customization - changing background images, and elements colors etc. - on the Developer package (go figure). Can we still do the PHP hooks with Developer and update successfully? We want to change over to using Developer but we aren't sure that our site will transfer over without loosing content or design elements we've made this far. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chelsea & Stephen

It doesn't matter what version of PlatformPro you use, you can use PlatformBase with it. Thanks, Bryan
