Design control: background image

Hello I can't find the setting for setting the background image, mentioned here: http://www.pagelines.com/docs/design-control I'm using version 1.2.0. Any Help? Thanks a lot. Kristof

There should be a whole separate tab now called Design Control in the Theme Settings.
