Menu item and Lightbox Plus

In my main nav/menu there is a category "Weddings" and a sub menu "Gallery". I would like Lightbox Plus to start once "Gallery" is clicked. Is this possible?

Not entirely certain I understand. Have you installed and activated a LightBox plugin? What is the Gallery, a plugin, something custom you setup? Can we get a link? Thanks, Bryan
