How to make wrapper body background transparent?

I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure this one out. See http://pupntaco.com - the white areas of the wrapper & body should be transparent, allowing the background image to show under the text. Where can I set that? Bonus points: tell me how to remove the padding that's indenting the header image so it aligns at 0, 0. A million thanks in advance!
