How to allow sidebar on feature page?

I have PlatformPro with the Base child theme. I'm using a feature page template for my home page. I'm trying to figure out how to reduce the size of the feature box and Pageline boxes on the feature page template in order to move the sidebar up to the (right) side of it. I've searched the forums and haven't been able to really find any definitive answers. Any ideas?
