Design Control Issues - No Changes Made to Site

Recent purchase of PageLinesPro. Just download the new DEV and BASE files, uploaded to my server today. Trying out the Design Control panel, after watching the video tutorial for it. None of the changes I have made in Settings / Design Control are showing up on the site: www.touringhitch.com. I've selected just goofy text colors, and regardless of what background image I upload - nothing shows up. Make changes, upload image, Save Options. View site, nothing. I've got PlatformPro 1.2.0 installed, and PlatformBase 1.0.4 installed, and Activated. Thanks all.

Ok, apparently it updates on the 10th time I hit Refresh... I'm seeing my edits now, but I'm curious as to why I didn't see them immediately after making the changes, Saving, then opening a new window to view the site. And I have been hitting Refresh, and CTRL-F5.

might be caching, which browser are you using? Are you using any plugins?
