Dreamweaver Help

Hello! Thanks PL, for making a nice theme! I am using PlatformPro and I have set up a local server using MAMP. I also set up a Dreamweaver CS5 site to help with my editing. However, when I go to discover dynamically related files I get this message: "Dynamically-related files could not be resolved because the site definition is not correct for this server." Then I have the option to go to site manager to "Retry/Setup". I followed Lynda.com to help me set this mess up. I followed the Lynda.com exact instructions and I've retried setting up my DW site twice. And, I believe that the first time I set up the DW site I did not see this error. Anyhow, I still see several files like wp-blog-header.php., dynamic.css, etc; and, I have been able to change the header background image and main body background. Anyone know anything about this? If I go live and set up my remote server on DW, will this fix the problem? Thanks! p.s. I pretty excited that I've made it this far considering that this is my first WP theme and experience using DW! If I could upload coding knowledge directly to my brain, I would be set! 5322356427

Dustin . . . I'm using DWCS5 and I open the main index.php file and get the same message and just disregard it. I click on "live view" to get to the home page of my site and then I simply CTRL click on any link in the nav bar to get to the page I want to work on . . . but you have to start with index.php. Here's a screen capture of my testing server setup: dwserversetup.jpg The index.php is the one in my main site folder C:wampwwwphilipcody Remember when you get that warning, don't click on either "retry" or "setup" . . . just click on "live view" and your site should be there.

Thanks PC, I will ignore it, as I have been. I just wasn't sure if I missing out on anything. I am now trying to set up remote site with BlueHost. I think that as I get more familiar with DW and coding language I'll get a lot more done. Thanks for the response! Mr. cmunns, I am able to view my site in Firefox.
