bryan-hadaway 3 Report post Posted January 4, 2011 What version of PlatformPro and WordPress are you on? Can we get a link to the actual site? Did this used to work and then a change was made around the time the bug appeared? Marking for developer review. Thanks, Bryan
bobnotrob 0 Report post Posted January 4, 2011 I am using Platform 1.2.0 and WP 3.0.2. This was happening even before the update to 1.2.0. No, as long as I have tried it, it has been working funky. Sometimes the subheader shows up, sometimes it doesn't. Will upload to the external server to get you a link tomorrow. Thanks. BOB
cmunns 16 Report post Posted January 4, 2011 Does the text actually disappear on screen when you try to make any changed in that page and/or is there custom field data to reflect the text?
bobnotrob 0 Report post Posted January 4, 2011 The text only disappears if I hit Update or Update Options a second time, ostensibly because the custom text I had inputted disappeared after hitting Update the first time. BTW what is the preferred list of files to upload to my external site so that I don't have to upload everything in wordpress folder? Can I just upload the platformbase folder? Andrew 207 Report post Posted January 5, 2011 Hey Bob, Thanks for the screencast... I'll look into this issue. As for the files question, depending on what you mean there are a couple posts on it. If you still have a question about uploading please start a new thread.
