Site Plain Text, Not picking up Styles

Not sure what happened, but my site is plain text now. It is not rendering tabs or the styling of the PlatformPro theme. The site can be viewed at http://www.jamilowery.com/. How can I correct this? Thanks! Jami

Were there are any changes or uploads made to the theme? Is Platform Pro or Platform Base (the child theme) activated?

Thank you for your response. The current theme is PlatformPro 1.1.5. I recently uploaded this version to see if it might correct the issue, it didn't. Prior to that I had added a gallery and played with a few of the PlatformPro Theme Options in Settings. It was all working just fine. I am not sure what may have changed when it stopped displaying the tabs and formatting. Interestingly, the gallery still works see Cars or Car Shows page at http://www.jamilowery.com). Looks like you have a permissions problem..... Directly going to the css file in your CSS folder (CSS/Theme.css) gives me this: ` Forbidden You don't have permission to access /wp-content/themes/platformpro/css/theme.css on this server.
