leannenicole 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2011 Bumping this thread and +1 for the re-skinning. I found out once I bought that essentially Platform Pro has way more functionality but starts with zero design; Eco Pro, Whitehouse, etc. have less functionality but include design. I'm liking Platform Pro, but it's confusing that the themes don't work together, or allow for re-skinning of Platform Pro. Until this is worked out, you may want to make this more clear. mikeboysen 0 Report post Posted October 9, 2011 I'm still waiting for this. With everyone one else starting with this, it seems a simple issue to resolve. No one wants a boring website :)
Rob 547 Report post Posted October 9, 2011 Mike, The current version of PlatformPro is 1.5.3 and the child for that, known as PlatformBase is 1.4.1. When you upload BOTH to your wp-content/themes folder, each in their own folders, you activate platformbase and voila, you have a child theme with drag and drop capabilities with minimal CSS.
